Hello everyone,   my name is Sandra.  I thought it would be a good idea since I am interested in learning the ropes "in Wholesaling to start" from those that have hung from it many of times.  I do have some background in real estate but it's been awhile.   I know it's not going to be easy but nothing I do is  :)  It would be an honor for any advise I can get.. I did join a meetup that I will start attending..  I do live near Elk Grove just bordering Sacramento so if there is any other groups that can be advised I will gladly take it.  Thank you to all!

Welcome to the site.  Check out the Podcast from last week Podcast 158. The guy Jeff they interviewed did a great job covering the wholesaling business. I'm just a couple towns over in Park Ridge. If you come across anycondos sub $65K range or houses sub $150K (good areas of the northwest burbs that can make money as a flip or buy hold) let me know.
