Around here there are a lot of Victorian, Second Empire and older buildings built on rubble foundations.

People are starting to get priced out of Ditmas Park now and there is an overabundance of demand for Victorian housing.    

Especially would work well for the Victorian I’m doing now.

Almost finished with renovations of an old Victorian in Virginia that has a main entry door and then 4 separate 1br units inside.

well, I've usually deal with Victorians and have refinished hardwoods all throughout the house. 

It's expensive investigation but also a in getaway.There are also a number of condominiums that are designed as rental pools (Casa del Mar,  the Victorian, etc.) and the association takes care of all rentals, and distributes the money equally to all participating owners.

I currently own 2 Brownstones ( 4 Units each ) and 1 Brick Building (3 Units) in Clinton Hill, 2 Brownstones (3 Units each) in Bed-Stuy and 1 Victorian House (2 Units) in Ditmas Park.Ditmas Park was my first investment back in 1997.

A fabulous 7br/2ba Victorian home (pictured above bought from Hubzu I believe)  that has all its original gorgeous wood work and just needs your typical remodel.

I rehabbed an old Victorian house and I believe we used Ardex and it worked fine. 

This was a common victorian-era feature but it's a hazard because people inevitably don't put the shower curtain on the inside of the tub and water gets everywhere.
