Whats your favorite paint color to stock for rentals?
So doing over another two unit now, and I’m thinking it’d be wise to just keep stock in a favorite “rental” paint color. Touch ups will be easier and I won’t question down the road what the heck color I used like in the past. Does anyone have their favorite “go to” color that looks nice and the tenants seem fine with? I’m thinking neutral. Didn’t know if some colors are proven to be more popular? It’s so hard to choose as there’s a million!
The place we’re doing now is super old, so I am painting the original trim an off white (not bright white), and still need to figure out a wall color.
Thanks for your thoughts! 😀

@Mary J. My answer is kind of boring, but it is Miller Paint "Polar white." I paint semi gloss on all walls, trim, doors, etc You are right, it is easy to touch up and I know all my 16 doors are the same. Now, when I flip, its another story as I go with current and trendy selling colors. But rentals, all polar white semi gloss. Better than satin finish and easier to get dirt and marks off of. Hope that helps
