I know several people of other religions that put up a Christmas tree and exchange gifts too.

This could be very painful if the Fed, politicians etc get some old time religion.

Research by Harvard has shown money doesn't buy happiness, owning a business doesn't, religion doesn't ( has shown a sense of belonging ).

-real estate is cheaper in Utah -easy to find friends that don't drink much (Mormon country)

I am not allotting possible time away from family, friends, exercise, religion, looking for more of my own investments, etc. without a commitment in writing.  

Folks in religions usually have a moral code and or can help cover for fellow members when things get tight.
