It doens't need to be professionally prepared, just proofread it for grammar and spelling.Try to make the investor's life easy.

My realtor sucked, the deal fell thru and I fired fired first attorney, he was non responsive and second attorney only communicates via legal assistant that has poor attention to detail, poor grammar and I can barely understand her English when I speak to her.

Despite criminal history, typing/grammar errors, etc. you can always improve and make something of yourself if you have sincerity, integrity, and good work ethic.

I'm also involved in some other businesses in other states well I'll say legal States lol nothing else to be said.I do rely on real estate to make a living but I also see my other bussiness out their for me as well.bare with spelling and grammar as my phone is recording me into hard to go back and check message with that little window.Alex

He heard that I gave them my only key...They seem to think they are the bastion of logic, even though they are clearly not and write like a 3rd grader, with the worst grammar and spelling I've ever seen, random words have their first letters capitalized even if they are not the beginning of a sentence.

If I can tell from a prospect’s initial contact that they’re not someone I want to do business with (rude, rushing me to reply, bad grammar, etc.), do I have to even reply?
