Investors finding a team

How do you find an awesome realtor, attorney and team? My realtor sucked, the deal fell thru and I fired fired first attorney, he was non responsive and second attorney only communicates via legal assistant that has poor attention to detail, poor grammar and I can barely understand her English when I speak to her. Seems like ones I can get a good team then I can stop losing money!
