If I'm at a buy appointment and I know there will or has been other offers on the house I do a few things to separate myself.For one, I lean on our national brand, 15 years in business, the hundreds of testimonials, and the fact that we have bought nearly 45,000 homes.

I agree you should have a nice online presence, profiles, testimonials, a nice website with reviews, but essentially, I would market YOURSELF as the person who will help.Nat Buys Houses is much better than We Buy Houses

What I do know, for anyone else out there who may be going through a difficult situation right now, including this investor who shall remain anonymous, is that if you remain diligent and maintain faith in yourself and persevere, you too will overcome your greatest challenges, whether in real estate or any other industry, and come out on top with a great testimony and amazing tools and experience with which to help others succeed, avoid pain and shortcut their journey to success.

Hey Devin,When I was marketing to expireds I was sending a 3-step direct mail campaign.First step was a postcard letting them know I was going to be sending them a Home Seller's Guide (several other reasons for this postcard).Second step was the home seller's guide in a fax 'Rush Priority Express' envelope, along with a sales letter and testimonials from Angie's List and Zillow (screen shot).Third step was a mini trash can with a final sales letters ("Don't Throw Away...").Separates you from the bunch, plus it gets you to follow up because most agents just send one thing in the mail, or just call once, and then never do any follow up ever again.
