Otherwise the person that is not on the contract and is marketing the property and/or contract for sale is practicing real estate without a license.As usual, a few bad apples have been doing things wrong and it is starting to spoil the whole bunch. 

Do one task at a time in each app so you can compare apples to apples.Load a property with pictures and details.Market that property.See what your marketing looks like from the public's perspective.Submit a fake application to see how easy the process is.

Comparing to Internet is like orange juice to apple.

Analyzing a house hack like a traditional rental is not comparing apples to apples.Expecting a high CoC, cash flow, or even breaking even with today's interest rates will likely leave you on the sidelines. 

I like @Bill Gulley advise simply call the department of RE and ask them... its pretty black and white out our way Like all professions, there are a few bad apples out there or attorneys who try to push the envelope and get their clients in trouble.

I won't comment on whether or not you should buy one of these phones.I'll say I'm firmly in the apple camp, so I would choose an iPhone.

Many years ago when the USB/plugs came out it was a hit but as Apple and others change their charging cords we would have to go back and update those plugs.
