Rental Management Software Suggestions
Been using Quick but looking for a more in depth software to manage properties. One that would include accepting credit cards, sending out late notices, add late fees, unit details and more. Any suggestions and why?

@Chris Barnhill depending on the portfolio size will depend on the software. Most have a free version you can try and see how you like it. Also watch some video's on the software and functions. I use Tenant Cloud and apartments.com.
Apartments.com is great if you are just looking for payments and late fees. It's free and it works. However the more you pay for a software usually the more functions you are going to get but if you have just a few doors it probably isn't worth spending a lot on functions you aren't going to use often. Are you sending out leases a few times a month, or a few times a year? How many maintenance request are you getting? Find your pain points and find a software that address those.
Best of luck on your research!
