@Brie Schmidt Thanks for the link, but it does say this A real estate licensee shall not publish, circulate,distribute, or cause to be published, circulated, or distributed inany newspaper or periodical, or by mail, any matter pertaining toany activity for which a real estate license is required that doesnot contain a designation disclosing that he or she is performingacts for which a real estate license is required.A license is not required in wholesaling .

Just curious, but do you believe the regulation I posted above is not accurate (despite it being published by the IRS) or that it doesn't apply to you (if so, can you indicate why) or that there's some loophole that your CPA knows about (if so, can you share it)?

Out here in California we have a 111 day pre-foreclosure period that must be published so a NOD list works good here.
