I lead a co-op with several other investors and we are looking for SFR investment property in the Dayton.I have been trying to identify good property management that can service these counties and provide more guidance on good buying locations now for a bit of time.

Now it could be that the OP is buying properties that have probate issues or some other title defects that are taking time but those should be conveyed to you very early in the process.My assumption is if these are small dollar deals.. ( and of course I have no way of knowing) they are just getting pushed to the bottom of the stack.

To the OP by any chance is this from one of the FB gurus who tell their followers to do it this way and tell the owners one of their partners will be looking at the propertyAnd then the property owner has a parade of 'partners' show up various days and times to look at the place.
