Looking for Good Property Management who can help buying also

Fellow investors I am hoping you can help! I lead a co-op with several other investors and we are looking for SFR investment property in the Dayton.

I have been trying to identify good property management that can service these counties and provide more guidance on good buying locations now for a bit of time. It is very difficult to even get someone on the phone for a discussion let alone a face to face meeting. Not sure why this is so challenging in this market as compared to others? For example there are very few NARPM affiliated managers there --> I usually contact them first.

Any suggestions for a good firm?

@Andrew Johnson Thank you for the response!  I am looking primarily for the property management angle of things since with the acquisition piece it tends to be easier to find.  I am not really too keen on the turnkey type of investment since it removes risks that I really don't need removing since I am an experienced investor.  Great for some, not for all.
