There is also The Delano Marketplace (new Shoping center) They have Super Walmat just opened up, and Ross is also currently building there.

@Denise Evans, The original owner of the property is deceased so the current owner(seller) is not in a rush to get the quiet title because he has tenants in the property and is cashflow positive. 

@Chad Maghielse In memphis there’s a law firm called Evans Petree and they have a guy who specializes in fighting property tax hikes.
