Greetings all and Happy New Year~

I just wanted to ping my new friends on BP to introduce myself. I'm a father of 2 boys, happily married, and currently work in the medical field in central California. I'm already learning a ton, while managing to have some laughs with the guys on the Podcast (awesome sound effects btw)! I haven't applied it yet, but your helping me get my head right before my next deal.

I've been extremely gun-shy until the last couple of years where I've located a few buy & hold deals, and have had a positive experience thus far managing tenants. I'm looking for the right multi-family unit in town in hopes of managing it (at least the front-end) and am anxious to see what else comes on the market this spring/summer. Anyway, I'm excited to learn from ya'll and appreciate your interest and responses.

~Best. Brian
