I must admit, I am feeling a tiny bit overwhelmed by the sizable amount of information on the site.

I would love to see a VR forum- I have one in Dunedin FL, just bought another property here which is going to end up being a nightmare to rehab so may not cash flow unless I build another rental unit on the property- even thinking tiny house!

Tiny house movement is in full on hysteria mode these days. 

Tim, unless you are selling tiny homes, there is nothing to worry about.

@Al Williamson, we are preparing a rustic tiny house in the country as a vacation rental.  

Better than spending $600/mo on a tiny apartment.  

I'm pretty new to real estate investing, although I do own a small commercial building (it's literally an old house) and a tiny chunk of some big apartment complexes.

In my market we would never rehab a tiny 2/1 with the current footprint.  

It was great but I ultimately decided I'd rather be a bigger fish in a smaller pond (RI) than a tiny fish in a huge pond (NYC).I am intimately familiar with all 93 exits on Rt 95 in Connecticut, however, having made that drive many times :)My usual advice is to invest as close to home as possible but obviously that's not going to work for you.

I am really intrigued by the tiny house/microhouse movement.
