Hello Everyone

I am Maite( pronounced Mayte, it means beloved in French). If you could also call me Roxanne. I am a new on this site. I work in the insurance field, but I have been curious about real estate.  Three weeks ago, I attended a Real Estate seminar in Baltimore. The presenter had me on the edge of my seat when he spoke about wholeseling and rehabbing.  I was sold out. My favorite store is home depot! (When I walk my dog, I stare at the hideous houses in my neighborhood and dream about fixing them). I wanted to join the program, but the $35k fee made me dizzy. 

 I feel fortunate to be part of this site. I can't wait to connect with big pockets members.
