25 year old first time buyer in Dallas. Will rent out bedrooms.

Hi all,

I've slowly started browsing the forums here; It seems like a great place to learn! Hopefully you pros can help me out!

I'm moving to the Dallas area shortly and am looking to buy a 3br/2ba home, anywhere from 150-250k. My one criteria is that the home is within 30-35 mins of Dallas Love Airport, where I'll be working. I will live in one of the bedrooms and rent out the other two. Now, I'm not in a huge rush to buy. It seems like the market is almost too hot to buy now? Should I wait? Also, if I'm looking for a decent return from renting out bedrooms, will I get this in the Dallas area?

Thanks for helping out a beginner.

Andrew
