I have extensively researched the forums for home inspection info and general practices and I've come to learn that asking the seller for credits and or repairs should be reserved for things not easily found upon initial walk through and for potentially show stopping damages or complications.Upon receiving the home inspection report dozens of items were noted and I would like to highlight a few to see how big these items actually are as I have received conflicting responses.

Personally, it just seems that some things may be better left untouched by investors - and this seems like one of them.I would think the pressure to crank out a positive cash flow or ensure you're making a profit could conflict with the goal and intention of providing the folks with a well-suited and safe environment.Hopefully someone with extensive experience will chime in and give you a more appropriate response to your questions - I'm interested in at least learning more about this subject.
