Interpret Water Quality Results

I purchased a home with a well that was dug into an old coal mine. Needless to say, while potable, the water quality isn't the greatest.

I have a potability and domestic water quality test. I have shared it with multiple companies that sell various systems and have conflicting information on the best step forward. It seems getting a large cistern ($10,000) and trucking in water makes the most sense, but I am open to other opinions.

Can you recommend a company that just analyses the data and makes suggestions on how to treat the water, but doesn't sell anything?
