Tips for a 20 year old looking to invest and flip

I like to know everything I need to know and gain tips and advise on how to find a starter homer hat meets most of my needs. 

If so, where is that tipping point?

Im new to the wholesale business in Greenville , Sc and i would like to know if anyone can give me any tips or advice on the best people to connect myself with!

Charles both have the big river and have development occurring.Appreciate the tips, hadn’t thought of the show notes even though that’s right in front of me.

Among other things, the instructions include having the lawn properly trimmed and mowed, and cleaning out garden beds.

any suggestions or tips?

Our tenant's veg gardens were amazing & generally took up the entire back yards (lots of in-house 'compost') & they were very grateful tenants.

The portfolios range from either being all contained within one zip code to being spread across the city.I was wondering if anyone had any advice or tips for analyzing portfolios, offering (contract side - can they all go under one contract, should I contract them individually, etc.) and then assigning them/it to a buyer.
