Hello forum. I’m the new kid on the block. I’m here to learn and share knowledge and experiences. I’m currently renting and plan to buy a home soon. I like to know everything I need to know and gain tips and advise on how to find a starter homer hat meets most of my needs. 

I’m in the NY Long Island area.
