GURU's and trainers know this fact so they set the course at a low fee knowing the investors can scrape up the cash or charge it etc.Some BP members have just started local meet ups so would have to see how that starts panning out.

Option number 1 implies that he's getting $6000 (800+800+4400), and has a total of $19,000 in debt (800+800+4400+6500+6500).Then in option 2, you're saying that he could pay off 800+800, plus half of 4400+6500+6500 = $10,300 total - not $6000

(Although the laws pertaining to implied warranty of habitability do vary by state, I've never seen one that didn't require at least one working toilet.)I'm sure your landlord doesn't intend to leave it in that condition.
