Hello everyone,I’ve decided to start investing in Rochester, New York.

As a public service I'll share my pre-biggerpockets experience with one of these "100% lenders" I attempted to use one of these lenders, Quickfunding LLC out of New York.

I either want to sell it or get my equity out without dealing with my personal credit and a mountain of paperwork. currently a nightly rental as we are a historic hotel.open to discussing my options. also there are other commercial investments on the property to include the building of another restaurant /bar/ cocktail lounge our land. major investment opportunity.who can help me? 

I continue to scratch my head watching investors from New York and Boston whenever I meet them at Foreclosure Auctions in Connecticut.

I would encourage folks to watch the American greed episode on Remington financial.. little different they took due diligence fee's  this company is taking money to bird dog deals for them. but it was proven that in almost 20 years Remington funded less than 12 deals and they took in 5k to 10k per client. made millions. this I see is somewhat of a parallel offer to fund the deals make the bar so high that no one ESPECIALLY a newbie can get over the bar..  

We have been flipping houses mainly and started 1 1/2 years ago.We are up to house #15I recently bought our first multifamily -  3 family in West New York, NJ at a Sheriff forclosure auction.
