Hey all, my name is Mike. Born and raised in New York; I have been working for a contractor for a few years now and have owned my own exterior cleaning business for 4 years as well. Basically work 12-14 hour days 6 days a week. I’ve researched and read about real estate for quite some time and I’m finally making a post in this great community. My hopes are to network, form connections, and learn as much as I can from those with the experience and create my own path in the game. I am primarily interested in flipping and currently looking for my first ever deal. I’m excited to start, I’m ready to start, and I want to win.
