Boston and New York Investors Losing their Shirts in the Hartford Market
I continue to scratch my head watching investors from New York and Boston whenever I meet them at Foreclosure Auctions in Connecticut. They are almost always guaranteed to overpay for properties and lose money in the end. Makes me wonder why more of them aren't making proper efforts to educate themselves on value and instead think that a house selling for say $250K is a great deal because it is much cheaper than houses where they are from.
