My VAs do all the texting using Smarter Contact and send my team the leads. 

Fast forward 3 months, and I thought I was doing pretty well as far as my VAs and their professionalism and not getting flagged as Spam.

We paid him $1,000 almost two weeks ago, received one e-mail from one of his VAs, but haven't been able to get in touch with him since.  

Now I am realizing there are too many of them for me to personally execute on, but I also hate the idea of wasted opportunities.How does an experienced investors actually scale their operations besides just hiring VAs?

Many tasks you will most likely want to do yourself but many of them can easily be outsourced to VAs for much less than you think.

Do you ever get those calls from VAs calling for insurance, car warranty, or any other product?   

They talk about hiring VAs all the time.

Set-up: Hired 2 VAs (knowing personally from traveling overseas.

I use a company that has VAs do it, they have a script already, it's about $6/hr of cold calling and I usually get 1-2 leads per day which I can then follow up with.
