Very straight forward to use and cost effective.

Definitely not cheap, cost 750k 2 years ago but we’d be paying a lot monthly more if we just had a straight up 4/2 SF. 

In many cases estimating damages is difficult, here luckily it looks to be really straight forward BETTER than most cases.

The relative affordability of these markets scales to the suburbs as well, so you can succeed here without going straight to the city.
