Account Closed - New York has court processes for exemptions of minor performers entering into contracts (dancers, singers, entertainers, etc.) to make their contracts enforceable.

Lee is a decent singer and improving performer who we probably won't hear from again after he wins (per Simon's edict), except for a possible future guest appearance on Idol, which by then no one will be watching.
