You will have to price your homes accurately but that should be no problem as canc and expired listings are ready for the price drop.

Long term renters, (give them a heads up on your position on this) talk to them about the situation.Tell them "You don't want to have to evict".Suggestst Mr. and/or Mrs. get a 2nd part time Temp Job from a Temp Agency to get the money to catch up (and to tell you if they do).They may not understand there is any problem as long as they pay the fee.Good Luck!

If I had a tenant that can't pay rent and a "convenience" issue pops up, I tell them I will abide by the lease and fix the problem as soon as they abide by the lease and pay rent.
