I know, a million people will follow my post telling me that it was just an arrest and they might not have been guilty.  

Beg and plead to get the first loan and them make sure you deliver.

If there is a board of directors go to a meeting and plead your case.

I am guilty of travelling 1.5 hours each way recently, for a seller that was not motivated enough to sell to me...

The boyfriend was found guilty today of two felonies and is awaiting sentencing with no bail.Now his girlfriend and two-month-old son are the only ones in the house.  

If they are acting like this when they first move in they might (I say might) have a guilty conscious and they may suspect they "bought the rat in with them" but are trying to overcompensate by "overreacting".  

Most other thieves would be found guilty and at the very least have a black mark on their record if not do a little time in jail.

The landlord was back in court without the tenant present, pleading with the judge for a remedy because he could no longer afford this.
