My question is two fold. 1.

As a result of both relationships, we were brought into the fold quickly without having to prove ourselves and have found great support with the lender, to the point that now that we have completed our first transaction successfully, they are willing to go the extra mile for us (for instance getting us into loans with no down payment while we have another property on the market, with the agreement that the down payment gets paid upon closing of the listed property. 

The purpose of this "announcement" letter is multi-fold.  

Ironically, doing so PROTECTS them from being evicted for other reasons because they have an affirmative defense that they are being unlawfully evicted for non-payment, since the eviction proceeding was not implemented until AFTER the tenant stopped paying.I wonder aloud if this is the beginning of the end for the private housing industry, where it just gets folded into all of the other "human rights" people are apparently entitled to.

With the things that I learned in the program, along with getting on the same page with my wife with regards to investing, and making connections with other investors, my net worth has gone up 20 fold in 6 years.  

We go so far as to bring a card table and folding chairs with applications and collect app fees right at the showing.  

The company that I was seriously considering folded within a few months and there were accusations of nepotism, embezzlement, usurping of projects... the list goes on.

The goal is two-fold for introducing anonymity into your asset protection structure.

Like the song says, " you have to know when to hold them and when to fold them".
