Hi Community,

I have worked all my life in the non-profit business world and as a member of that group I had the opportunity to search out and assist in large a property aquistions.   I was the Finance Director for a major non-profit. I worked as a point man to purchase a $23 million dollar property in D.C. As staff of this group and being the CFO, a section of my department includes Estates Managers and caring for the 8 million dollar property that the business office was a part of.  Realize, I held an executive roll in this area, not a hands on roll.  I worked closely with Maintainence , Legal, and Finance to keep all requirements of property owner in and in maintain.  I also personally have purchased and sold several of my on property's throughout the years and I currently own 3 rental properties.

I am interesting in investing to rent or flip.  I don't have a lot of capital to use a but I would like advice to be able to move forward with little capital.

Looking forward to hearing from this professional group.
