Either self-manage like many on here do, or hire an inexpensive offshore PM who works US hours & speaks eloquent English (that’s what I do).

I’ve been admitted to several colleges in the US for pre-vet/ biology however, my true passion is aviation.

I seem to be pretty good at foreign languages(Spanish, Russian, English, Ukranian, German) which is how I turned out to be very useful here in Málaga.

Its more work but higher revenue & the work can be easily outsourced once you put the right systems in place.I hire inexpensive offshore PMs who works US hours & speak eloquent English.

I am now teaching English here, while also trying to prepare myself for another big move in six months.  

I have a virtual assistant in the Philippines that speaks flawless English, can field tenant requests, and has processes in place with dollar restrictions and preferred vendors to handle requests.

I’m bilingual as well Spanish/ English so I’m OPEN TO EVERYTHING HAHAHA.

Which is actually a fairly terrifying as my grammar never rose to the standards of my English teaching mom, but anyway.
