Hello everyone!

My name is Aleksandr, and I live on the Costal del Sol, Málaga, Southern Spain. I moved here a couple of years ago from Ukraine(which is where I'm originally from). 

So, what got me into real estate? Languages. I seem to be pretty good at foreign languages(Spanish, Russian, English, Ukranian, German) which is how I turned out to be very useful here in Málaga. Málaga is a highly developed and a very international place, with amazing weather all year long, tons of golf courses, tennis courts, lovely beaches and mountains. 

I first started in rentals. There was a guy who knew a lot of owners(luxury villas) and he rented their properties for them but had nobody to do check-ins and outs and other little things. So I did this for a year and a half and then got a job as a off-plan sales representative 3 months ago. 

This when I found out about Bigger Pockets. I listened to tons of podcasts already and every day I feel more and more hooked to real estate.

This is a hot area so prices are high compared to the rest of Spain. For a while I've been thinking about flipping an apartment that could also be used as vacational rental here on the coast, which in my opinion is a safe option.
