Each asset person is assigned to each loan and they both have different goals for recovery.If you can't get the second to agree to a certain payoff then nothing else matters.That goes for any additional liens on the property that you may know or not know you have on there.Has this agent had a pre-lim title search pulled to see what they were dealing with??

As a buyer/renter myself, I just want the basics, not fake-looking virtual furniture pictures that looks like they fell out of The Sims.

You always need to run a pre-lim title since back taxes, unpaid utilities, HOA dues, etc. can make a huge difference in closing costs.

I would rather read a purchase contract, escrow instructions and pre lim title report.
