double closing question?

from what I understand in a double closing there are 2 sets of closing costs. while the transactional funding I am using will cover the first set of closing costs I don't think it will cover the second set of closing costs. is it possible to cover the 2nd set of closing cost with the funds from the profit?

Your profit is actually what is left over after the closing costs have been paid on the second closing, and the transactional lender has been paid. You have to be careful when calculating expenses. I've heard of people going in the hole on the 2nd closing because they did not factor in all the costs.
