Want to switch a real estate (listing) agent in the middle of shortsale

I found my shortsale listing agent untrustable. She has been making mistakes one after another. It makes me worry and doubt that she is not an experienced one. I'm afraid I may end up wasting time and energy if I continue the process with her. We are 4 weeks into the shortsale as of this labor day. We already found a buyer and the agent has already submitted the file to the bank. I had a mini appraiser came over last weekend. Is it too late to change the listing agent at this time? What's the risk of changing it now? If I don't change and continue with her, can anyone please tell me what the next step is? How close am I in getting into an escrow. The 2 loans are with B of A. Thank you in advance.

Your agent's broker owns the listing, not the agent (unless they are the broker). You would need to review the listing agreement to see what kind of cancellation penalties there are in it. I would talk with the broker first to see if they can help by guiding the agent or assign it to another agent within the brokerage.
