Maybe you can find something with a garage apartment that will work in this area. 

My house is pretty nice, with a nice detached garage, and land.

We invested $20,000 in renovations, modernizing the home and increasing its appeal.

I would want garages, and no decks.

I agree with @Michael Baum.I recently had a guest who lit fireworks and put the hot shells in the outdoor trash can which started a fire and burnt up the garage door, stucco, and facia before it was put out.

We own a single-family rental property with a spacious yard and an external garage that needs to be demolished.

I had a tenant who paid late every single month, like she’d usually give me half early in the month, and the other half after like the 20th, I literally didn’t care, she never missed a payment (she did abandoned here dog in my garage after she moved, but that’s a whole different story) but as long as you are getting paid in full every month you should be happy lol. 

Who can have a dead snake which is smelly taken out of a garage for a house for sale while traveling.Who I can ask for team members they recommend.
