The market was overpriced during the tail end of that period (right before the bubble), musical chairs were played by buyers who didn't know any better, and many folks got left out when the music stopped.

As much as I love my music, I have basically turned it off and listen to the podcasts whenever I can, and I also learn as much as I can from knowledgable people not only on the site, but in life period.

find a mexican contractor. they will know friends or have kids that can make some extra money by acting as your translator.we are nowhere near the border but i seem to have 5 mexican contractors' numbers in my phone.

It even prints a hard copy and spits it out of it's belly for the visitor to take home their copy.Agents can use drones to turn on lights, air conditioning, light a scented candle, music before a client visits.When the grass is too tall the drone can even mow the yard.That sounds more realistic and reachable then delivering octocopters.
