Amazon delivery drones, move over!

I am guessing most of you have heard of the recent interview with Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos about the delivery drones they are developing to be able to deliver within 30 minutes or your order with drone like "octocopters".

Well, what about real estate drones?

Each seller is given a drone to put inside a home for sale.

When there is no visitor the drone is outside on the yard and be the yard sign. It blinks and flashes the property information and put out occasional fireworks.

When someone visits it becomes the lock box. The visitor swipes their ID and a key is presented from the drone to allow the visitor to go inside. No more human showing houses no more concern for personal safety.

When someone remotely visits the property they can have the drone be their "eyes" on the ground. The will move left, right, forward, backward, turn around like how you would move around in Google Street View, only you are inside a house.

If a visitor wishes to make an offer the drone will ask the visitor a series of questions and at the end ask the visitor to have their fingerprint scanned and that becomes a binding electronic contract. It even prints a hard copy and spits it out of it's belly for the visitor to take home their copy.

Agents can use drones to turn on lights, air conditioning, light a scented candle, music before a client visits.

When the grass is too tall the drone can even mow the yard.

That sounds more realistic and reachable then delivering octocopters.
