I have no previous REI experience, but I am reading plenty of books, reading a lot on bigger pockets, and working my way through the podcast archives.

Is there any way its replayed/archived?

just some notes for the archives . . .Karen - I've not found a broker interested in anything but a standard commission - set fee might work, but no luck there eitherTyler H - I get why realtors want 2-3% - there is no doubt they can put in alot of hours.

Does "Blab" archive conversations so they can be retrieved later?

You should check out the post on here titled "The Dirty Truth about the Guru Programs"  to put it all in full context, though.I'd suggest going through the podcast archive and finding someone whose lead generation methodology sounds like something you can and will execute on a daily basis and then start creating your own system for executing that methodology.
