just some notes for the archives . . .Karen - I've not found a broker interested in anything but a standard commission - set fee might work, but no luck there eitherTyler H - I get why realtors want 2-3% - there is no doubt they can put in alot of hours.

You should check out the post on here titled "The Dirty Truth about the Guru Programs" to put it all in full context, though.I'd suggest going through the podcast archive and finding someone whose lead generation methodology sounds like something you can and will execute on a daily basis and then start creating your own system for executing that methodology.
