Hey @Juan Cristales,Sounds like a sweet deal, and I think you are very wise to be hands on and present throughout the improvement process.I came across a similar deal not too long ago, and a wise man (@Jay Hinrichs) cautioned me against simply accepting "poor management" as the entire basis behind the poor performance of a property.
