Gonna try to keep this short and sweet.....

Two friends splitting down payment 50/50

They'll start an LLC

When they go to sell, should everything be split 50/50? Initial invest returned, equity divided 50/50, all else assumed equal(I.e. each paid 50/50 on repairs, upgrades, etc)

Even if one is living in home and 'paying loan down'? What if other rents her part of house out, isn't she technically paying down the mortgage??
