Just found this deal and am planning to submit an LOI for it. I currently live in CA and the deal is in another state. i've lived there before so I know exactly where the project is located, across the street from a college campus. So here is the plan and please, shoot holes in it. I plan to VRBO my current house in CA for about 6-12 months and then find an AirBnB place to stay for 6 - 12 months near the project. That would afford me the most hands-on and yield me a much higher likelihood for greater success. Also, on the money side, after I've negotiated a strong deal, let me know if you'd like to participate as I will be looking for funds. Thanks everyone!
