In my gig as volunteer, I swear someone told the garbage bags to be fruitful and multiply.

Things like who is responsible for yardwork, snow removal in snowy states, garbage.

They belong in the garbage.

I have SFRs that due to good HOAs, I get a letter if the grass gets too long, trees arent trinmed, garbage cans left out, etc.  

We have to foot the bills like buy the garbage disposal etc out of pocket then it will be deducted from our montly rent.

I get to much garbage bask from Craigslist.

I write off depreciation, depreciation on capital improvements, repairs/maintenance, interest payments, property management (my LLC manages), insurance, taxes, garbage removal, and utilities.

Repair / replace garbage disposal - this is a good one to ask your handyman too.

We explicitly prohibit connected ice makers and garbage disposals, as these two features will cause more problems than all other appliance-related issues put together.
