As a newbie investor I was curious if there was such thing as a "Saturated Market" or is that just a myth or excuse that people use when their stuff doesn't work or they don't get the "typical" results.

And my kids are getting me books from the recommended reading list (e-myth, 4-hour Work Week, and The Millionaire RE Investor) 3.

The website enhancements are pretty nice.

I now listen to audiobooks instead (4 hour workweek, lean startup, e-myth etc.) as I haven't found any podcasts that were as entertaining.

I know you do too and are just addressing some of the 'myths' that people put out there.

In order to keep myself busy and motivated I'd bring "Goals" by Brian Tracy.To develop systems for continuing survival and then some I'd also bring "The E-Myth."

I guess my thing is I hired a answering service so I can deal less with un motivated sellers.

And BRRRR enhances the return resulting from rent appreciation.

Its impossible to kill this myth that the pricier contractor is good .

It did get better and better to the point that my the home price doubled (After some minor upgrades).
