I've been to 2, no deals to be found, they are bank auctions and they ask an absurd amount.

Im looking at a house currently that has a 400k IRS lien on it and its approved for a short sale but obviously this tax amount is absurd and makes purchasing impossible, any suggestions?

Did you know that most claims of verification are false?

One of the "Assignments" the two Mentors gave out was: Find houses in need of repair that also had driveways/walkways that needed to be shoveled (many false leads with the recent 102" of snow;-)We exchanged phone and email information so folks could call the Mentors with the data and we could reach out to find the owners after strategizing on contact approaches.

After one or two false starts they each made out very well in the bussiness world.

Some suggest this and it's filing false liens at the least and could take you into areas of fraud.

Immediately after this, your husband begins sending me a list of more false accusations and demands for more pest inspections.

I send direct mail to acquire rentals and have spoken to bunches of sellers who were just surprised they got a call back...most are getting tons of letters and post cards (especially if they are just absentee high equity) and never get calls back...so I think there is a lot of 'false competition' out there.  

Addressing false expectations and high false hopes makes matters only worse as the transaction progresses.

I think some DIYers are under the false impression umbrellas or home owners cover all this and/or if they build to code they have insurance against liability laws, I won’t be banking on that anytime soon.
