Finding Courthouse Auctions in your area.

Good afternoon all,

I'm working on building up my lead sources for homes to purchase in Western Massachusetts, and I'm struggling with finding the details for Courthouse auctions in the area. Is there a standardized website that lists these? where do I find the details for the homes before the go to auction? I can't even find the address for the court house that does the auctions currently. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think berkshire county does courthouse auctions. I've searched before

This is for all of mass, you will see berkshire county properties on here once in a while. I've been to 2, no deals to be found, they are bank auctions and they ask an absurd amount. If you do go, you need a $5,000 cashiers check from your bank to be eligible to bid. Just get the check made out to yourself.

Also I don't know of any wholesalers in the area.

This one is kind of new. He's mostly been posting north county properties. Sign up for his automated emails. I've never met him personally I just keep an eye on his site.

Finding off the market deals are tough in this area. I hear about them but some of it seems shady(which I don't want to be a part of) and other things I notice is that a lot of people sell to the same people or friends. I mostly use the mls to find mine and the only deals on these are the foreclosures.
