So a couple months ago I had a leak from an HVAC unit in one . the HVAC is over 30 years old... the leak was fixed but the water of course sat under the laminate wood floors and now I’m dealing with trying to repair that.... my thing is that if I get that repaired and the leak happens again, I’m going to be pissed!
