Farm List or Farm Package

Brent Lee
Posted

Does anyone know where I can find a Farm List or Farm Package (Focused Area Real Estate Marketing) from a Title Company in Florida. I prefer Jacksonville FL but just about anywhere in FL would do at this point. When I call title companies trying to get this list they think I am talking about cattle, this is getting frustrating.

Notice this term: "Focused Area Real Estate Marketing". Boy, does that sound like a made-up guruism. Its a "farm area". Like a farm, but you farming for properties, not corn.

You're not going to get any such list from a title company or anyone else. Do you research (e.g., rents vs. prices, new employer moving in) and find a "farm area".

What you might get from a title company is something like a list of notice of default filings, or a list of non-owner occupied properties, or a list of recent purchasers. But a "Focused Area Real Estate Marketing" list? Not a chance
